Simpson can offer dog doors in a variety of existing Simpson door designs and is featuring both the 49971 and 7008 designs as its standard dog door designs.

Heavy-duty aluminum frames and high-performance springs.
Door made with shatter-resistant K9 composite saloon-style panels that do not require vinyl replacement flaps. Each panel includes high-density industrial weatherseal, keeping the AC and heat inside your home.
Every dog door comes standard with lock, key, and 20-gauge steel security plate.

Let Simpson take the hassle out of the dog door install.
All internal wood components sealed at the Simpson factory.
Full Simpson door warranty ONLY if Simpson installs the dog door.

Large (Up to 100 pounds)

Opening for Dog: 11-3/4” wide x 16” tall
Overall Dog Door Size: 16-1/2” wide x 19-1/4” tall
Installed: 10” from bottom of door

X-Large (Up to 220 pounds)

Opening for Dog: 15-3/4” wide x 23-5/8” tall
Overall Dog Door Size: 20-1/2” wide x 26-3/4" tall
Installed: 12-3/8” from bottom of door

Variety of door widths and heights available. For any door width under 2’10”, contact your Simpson Authorized Dealer to confirm final fit and finish for your chosen dog door.
Door available in any type of wood, with any glass texture and 3 profiles (raised L moulding, shaker, ovolo) around the glass.
Add optional UltraBlock® technology for improved performance and to increase warranty to 5 years.
Add optional WaterBarrier® technology if your door does not have sufficient overhang protection (see simpsondoor.com/care-finishing).
